Real Estate Tax Resolutions
Each year the Board of Directors passes a resolution establishing the millage rates for school taxes. The District mails tax bills to all property owners in August of each year. Taxes paid by September 30th are discounted at 2 percent. Taxes paid between October 1st and November 30th are paid at face. Taxes paid after November 30th are subject to a 10 percent penalty. The district offers an installment plan consisting of 4 installment payments for taxes. As of December 31st, all unpaid taxes are turned over to Franklin County for collection.
